John Ramos, Executive Director - Wireless & Mobile Broadband Telecommunications
John Ramos is the Executive Director of Technosium Global Conference and Expo with extensive public sector experience assisting in wireless broadband projects and initiatives. John assisted in the review and selection process for the City of Sacramento Wireless Project in 2006. He is also the Executive Director and initiator for the Wireless Sacramento Regional Project (WiSac.org) and for the "Wireless City Summit and Expo", September 10-11, 2007 in Los Angeles, CA. John also serves on the "Expert Advisory Panel" for the California Emerging Technology Fund (www.cetfund.org).

Rake Narang is the Executive Director of Technosium. Rake has been an executive consultant to several conferences and expos worldwide including USA, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Mid-East/Africa. He has travelled extensively and made technology presentations to corporations all over the world. His current goal is to continue meeting 1:1 with at least 100 end-users every year enabling him to gather vital inputs from end-users and advise them of current and upcoming technologies. He believes that newer technologies in most cases prove to be more productive and give a better price/performance vs if end-users continue to use outdated or older technologies. End-users must be given the opportunity to understand the latest developments in various technologies so that they can make better informed decisions.

How many visitors will be attending Technosium 2008?
The expected number of attendees is 2,000 - 4,000 plus. The organizers are working with a global database of actual end-users to invite visitors.

What are the Highlights of the Conference and Expo?
There is a special Executive Summit that has participation of the industry leaders. The team that is organizing Technosium 2008 is the same team that organized large and global company events for Cisco Systems, Inc., Hewlett-Packard and several start-ups in US and other countries. The events they organized for Cisco included Networkers, Exclusive Product Launches, Seminars, Roadshows and company sponsored Conferences.

How many members of the Media and Press will receive approved passes?
Press passes will be limited and as such the organizers will approve these only for editors and journalists who have background in covering products and technologies being exhibited at the event. Special registration for press is now open.

What is the minimum size of booth available?
The smallest booth space is 10 x 10. Booths of larger sizes are available and cater to every need from large corporations to small start-ups.

How is the event being promoted to increase visitors?
The event is sponsored by several publications that have agreed to merge their databases with ours.
